1. Acceptance of PetGuardian Terms

By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to abide by all local regulations and these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. App Usage and Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and tracking hardware. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Real-Time Tracking Disclaimer

Our application provides GPS tracking features designed to assist you in locating your companion animals. However, signal availability, accuracy, and latency depend on cellular networks, satellite signals, and environmental factors. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or real-time coverage at all times.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are our exclusive property and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our organization operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the loss, health issues, or location tracking inaccuracies of your companion animals while using our app or service.

7. User Code of Conduct

As a user of our platform, you agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. You are strictly prohibited from using our tracking hardware and software applications for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to tracking individuals without their explicit, legally valid consent, or engaging in any form of stalking or harassment. You also agree not to interfere with our network operations, attempt to breach our security systems, reverse-engineer our software, or distribute malicious code. Any violation of these guidelines may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and we reserve the right to report such activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any related service with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
